Rankin Industries™ Ranomatic™ 969-G .045"Dia Hard Facing Welding Wire comes on a 25 lb spool and is a general purpose alloy that provides a good balance of impact as well as abrasion resistance. Welding wire is used for dredge components, extruder screws, agricultural tillage tools, oil drilling equipment, mining parts, metal-to-metal construction parts and metal-to-earth abrasion applications. It requires 175 - 350 A of current and 24 - 28 V to weld. It uses mix-shielding gas. It features a hardness of 55 - 60 HRC and grinding machinability.
