The addition of nickel to this alloy provides hardness and strength compared to standard bronze alloys. This characteristic makes it ideal for build-up and overlay. This alloy flows easily and deposits can be machined. It can be deposited using oxy-fuel torches. Applications include maintenance, repair and fabrication on steel, copper, copper alloys, nickel and nickel alloys. Ideal for close-fit, strong \"sweat\" joints, bicycle frames and tubular furniture.
